Where the shade goes next.

Four phases. The first one is already on chain, and every item in it is a row in the docs’ table of what is real. The rest is what we are building, in the order we are building it.

Dates are targets, not promises. Anything that touches the token — fees, buybacks, governance — is written here as the plan and becomes real only when a contract for it is deployed and listed in the docs.
